Pest Control in Fitzroy North, Upfront Pricing

Fitzroy North sits north of Fitzroy, with a similar mix of terrace houses and period homes on leafy streets close to Edinburgh Gardens. Mature gardens and older roof spaces across the suburb give cockroaches, spiders and the occasional rodent plenty of ways to get inside, especially in homes close to the parkland.

A local team booked through us can reach Fitzroy North from Docklands along Nicholson Street or St Georges Road, with same-day or next-day where the run allows. The crew also asks whether the property backs onto the gardens, since these blocks sometimes see more activity from nearby green space. The crew also checks whether the property has a rear laneway, since narrow blocks in this pocket often have a second entry point worth looking at. Where a terrace has a small rear yard or laneway access, the crew will also check the fence lines and paving, since ants often use these narrow strips to move toward the house.
